Founders Associate – Role:

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the company founders to support key growth initiatives including, but not limited to, sales, marketing, finance, recruitment, operations, and board management. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly impact the company’s growth and gain hands-on experience in critical functions of a fast-moving startup at the forefront of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will be responsible for sales and marketing initiatives, including event management, podcast production, CRM administration, and community engagement. You will also drive critical management activities such as investor relations, payroll, accounting, legal matters, and compliance for our international subsidiaries. The role also involves people operations, including recruitment efforts, organizing company summits, and overseeing company-wide benefits for a fully remote company.

Founders Associate – Description:

  • Organise and manage global industry events to foster community engagement and drive company growth

  • Oversee podcast production, working with editors and managing logistics for in-person recordings

  • Manage content in newsletter and website, ensuring regular updates and tracking engagement

  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track sales and marketing activities

  • Schedule sales, marketing and investment meetings, and manage travel logistics and itinerary

  • Oversee payroll, staff payments, external accountants and compliance with international subsidiaries

  • Assist with cap table management, investor relations, and board reporting

  • Administer hiring, recruitment pipelines, and recruiter relationships

  • Implement and manage company-wide benefits and full remote policies

  • Plan and manage internal company summits in various countries

  • Taking ownership of any other operational tasks that drive company growth and streamline the founders' workload
