About the Role

SRG is working with a well-known personal care product manufacturer based in Nottinghamshire. They have a great company culture and strong values, and they’re looking for aFormulation Technologistto join their team.

You’ll be creating and developingSPF and suncare products, making sure they are safe, effective, and meet all regulations. This role is perfect for someone with experience insuncare or skincare formulation.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and test new SPF and suncare products
  • Improve and update existing products
  • Make sure products follow industry regulations
  • Work with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Manage the process from idea to product launch
  • Stay updated on new trends and ingredients


What We’re Looking For

  • A degree inCosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar
  • Experience in formulation and R&D (ideally in FMCG or cosmetics)
  • Knowledge ofSPF, suncare, andphotoprotection
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects
