Salary: £12.50 - £12.65 ph
Hours: Rotating 2-week shift pattern
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 10:00 - 18:00

We're currently looking for a Warehouse Operative with FLT licence - Counterbalance to join our client team in Bardford, where you'll be part of a fast-paced, safety-critical environment that genuinely impacts lives.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the operations team, your role will include:

Handling & Processing: Loading and unloading customer products (using FLT), preparing items for sterilization using radiation and gas technologies.
Quality Assurance: Following strict GMP standards, labelling, dosimetry placement, and process compliance.
Problem Solving: Supporting investigations, identifying non-conformities, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and support services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Safety & Compliance: Conducting safety checks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring full PPE compliance.What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance)
Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
