The role we’re hiring for is a Fire Risk Assessor to join our team based in Oxfordshire area. What you receive for joining us:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, an additional day off for your birthday, option to buy/sell up to 5 days holiday, Company Vehicle/Car Allowance, Company Mobile/Tablet, Company Laptop, Company Credit Card.
Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Completing Fire Risk Assessments to meet the Fire Safety Order and undertake Fire Safety Audits & surveys providing both passive and active safety advice
  
• Undertake compartmentation surveys identifying and noting penetrations in the compartment walls and undertake escape assessments providing advice regards occupancy numbers
  
• Complete Fire Asset Surveys and undertake Fire Door inspections
  
• Complete reports to a high standards with all relevant documentation including digital images for the final report and offer technical and practical solutions for clients
  Can you show experience in some of these areas:
  
• You must be a Tier 3 Fire Risk Assessor with experience of complex buildings
  
• Have a good understanding of all current legislation, guidelines and codes of practice
  
• Previous experience of performing Fire Risk Assessments in commercial properties
  
• Full UK Driving License
