Financial Accountant

CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with an exciting group based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Finance Director, this role encompasses elements of financial & management reporting as well as group reporting, business partnering and analytical work. For the successful candidate this is a great opportunity to move into a role that you can make your own and immediately add value to the wider business.What will the Financial Accountant role involve?

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities in the UK & overseas;
• Consolidation of Management Accounts;
• Completion of year end reconciliation and reports, including VAT returns;
• Cashflow forecasting, budgeting & forecasting;
• Profitability analysis including business partnering with non-finance stakeholders;
• Management of two transactional accountants;
• Supporting the Finance Director with additional project work.

Suitable Candidate for theFinancial Accountant vacancy:

• An ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is required;
• Previous experience working in a similar position within a multi-entity environment is also required;
• International reporting experience, particularly focusing on US reporting is beneficial.
