This role is offered on permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work both remotely and from our Warrington office.

Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about financial analysis and eager to drive profitable growth? We are looking for an individual to join our Global Procurement team at RS Integrated Supply. As a key player in our Supplier Commercial Excellence initiative, you will support supplier-facing commercial and transactional activities, focusing on revenue generation, spend tracking, productivity metrics, and payment terms optimisation. Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, you will collaborate with global teams to provide insightful analysis and drive strategic decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

·Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop revenue and gross margin targets with Procurement leads for the annual budget.

·Financial Forecasting: Create accurate financial forecasts and trend analysis to project future performance.

·Client Profitability: Integrate supplier metrics into client profitability analysis and optimise P&L and cash flow.

·Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of supplier revenues.

·Productivity Metrics: Develop metrics to monitor procurement efficiency and support strategic planning.

·Working Capital Management: Collaborate on cash flow management and optimize supplier payment terms.

·Process Improvement: Enhance procurement activities through continuous improvement and system evaluation.

About You

·Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial metrics.

·Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose solutions.

·Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to present financial information clearly.

·Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

·Integrity: Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

·Desirable Experience: Experience in a global matrix organization, industry knowledge, and proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, JDE, OneStream).

·Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
