Our Finance Global Shared Service Centre based on the CSL Seqirus site in Liverpool (Speke) supports our 3 main businesses: CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor globally. We are looking to hire a Manager Finance - Metrics & Analytics, a key member of the Global Accounting Operations team (AO) and part of the Accounting Transactions team (AT). Key Responsibilities Process Documentation : Ensure mapping of AO processes are kept up to date and review deviations from the process Metrics : Work with AO to produce meaningful metrics, run and report on Key metrics, support with data gathering Systems : Support with leasing system for IFRS16 reporting (admin & reporting), support with Blackline reconciliation tool (admin & reporting), support on month end processes in SAP, Allocations (SAP, COPA and others) Counterparty credit exposure : Support counterparty credit process including order releases Masterdata : Support the business on applicable finance masterdata processes General : Drive enhancements, efficiencies & standardisation, drive process improvement Skills & Experience ~ A Strong educational background and a degree or diploma, preferably in finance, commerce, or accounting ~5+ years’ experience in relevant field/industry ~ Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry highly desirable 1-3 years’ supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience ~ Strong organisation and process management skills ~ Excellent interpersonal skills and is a natural collaborator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels ~ Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills ~ Strong numerical and analytical skills together with an ability to understand and succinctly explain large and complex concepts ~ High attention to detail ~ Learning agility & intellectual horsepower ~ Microsoft Office skills including a strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Office (preferable) Time Management & priority setting ~ Ability to work autonomously to drive for results ~ Problem solving and dealing with ambiguity ~ Continuous improvement mindset This role is based out of our Financial Shared Service Centre, Speke, Liverpool.
