Key responsibilities include organising shift rotas, mentoring staff, handling disciplinary actions, and managing absences. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. A solid understanding of cleaning operations and procedures is essential, along with excellent organisational and time management skills.
