Location: Halifax
Salary: £18 p/h / £36,500 DOE + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: 39 hours per week + Overtime. Monday–Friday (Early Finish Fridays)

Hilton Process Solutions is a leading UK-based provider of bespoke process systems and turnkey engineering solutions for the food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial utilities sectors. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our in-house manufacturing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, well-equipped workshop with a company that prides itself on craftsmanship, innovation, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Fabrication of stainless steel process pipework, frames, tanks, and skids to engineering drawings

*

Assembly and welding of process systems to hygienic and industrial standards

*

Working with press brakes, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools

*

TIG welding of stainless steel (purge welding desirable)

*

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure precision and quality in all builds

*

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

*

Occasional support with on-site installations, if required

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a fabrication or welding role, ideally within industrial or hygienic environments

*

Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics

*

Skilled in TIG welding (additional MIG or coded welding is a bonus)

*

Comfortable working independently or as part of a small, skilled team

*

High attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work

*

Health & safety awareness and a proactive attitude
