Are you experienced in managing export processes and thrive on getting the detail right? Looking to play a key role in healthcare logistics? Well, Movianto Bedford is hiring!

We're on the lookout for anExport Coordinatorto join our warehouse operation, ensuring international orders are picked, packed, and shipped smoothly while providing top-notch support to our clients.

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week), with shifts between 8am - 6pm.

Salary:£26,500.00 per annum, with opportunities to build your skills and grow within a busy logistics environment.

Purpose of the role:

As Export Coordinator, you'll take full ownership of the export process, from managing order queries and preparing documentation to liaising with clients and ensuring service levels are met. You'll also support continuous improvement and play a hands-on role in day-to-day warehouse operations.

How you'll make an impact as an Export Coordinator at Movianto:

  • Coordinating export orders from start to finish, including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Acting as the main point of contact for client services and external clients
  • Preparing and processing export paperwork and shipping documents in line with requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and ensuring high levels of compliance
  • Resolving delivery queries and keeping clients fully informed of order statuses
  • Following company procedures, health and safety standards, and quality processes
  • Supporting warehouse operations as needed and contributing to improvement initiatives

What it will take to thrive as an Export Coordinator at Movianto:

  • Previous experience with WMS/WMI and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and SharePoint
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working independently or as part of a team
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships
  • Flexible, reliable, and keen to contribute to a high-performing team
