Executive Assistant

HAIL Partnersis partnering with a global pharmaceutical sourcing company to hire anExecutive Assistant / Office Managerfor their London office. This dual-role position will provide 1:1 support to the President while also ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

The job:

• Heavy diary management, scheduling meetings and dealing with last minute changes across multiple time zones
• Booking and organising complex travel arrangements
• Meeting organisation and preparation
• Expense management for the President
• Overseeing the general day to day running of the office
• Invoice processing
• Supporting HR with interview scheduling for the President
• Ad-hoc project/support work

Qualifications and experience:

• 3 years+ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives
• Strong experience/knowledge booking complex travel over various time zones
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proactive and forward thinking
• A strong team orientation
