ROLE PURPOSE To support the delivery of the medical education strategy and operational plan for Merz Aesthetics. This role plays a crucial role in the planning, coordinating, and executing of all external training, education, and conference events, delivered in collaboration with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to) Support the delivery of the external medical education strategy and plan in collaboration with the Medical Education Manager Support the implementation of external in-person, training, educational and conference events Assist as appropriate in the development and implementation of internal Merz Aesthetics events Actively engages and communicates as a true events ambassador through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Medical Affairs whilst communicating with stakeholders at all levels ensuring PMCPA ABPI compliance KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Close collaboration with Medical Education Manager Close cross-functional working across Marketing, Medical and Sales Close working relationship with Regional & Global Marketing and Regional & Global Medical Affairs QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Business/Marketing or life science graduate Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated experience and competence in event organisation and onsite event management (experience with CVENT or similar registration platform beneficial) Strong project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines Proficient in utilising Veeva PromoMats for content approval processes, with a compliance mindset and a strong focus on adherence to industry guidelines and company policies Ability to understand the Aesthetics environment and adapt to changing customer needs Strong customer engagement and communication skills Good level of financial acumen Great attention to detail Advanced presentation skills Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Teamworking Passion for results Personal Accountability Open and Transparent Developing Self and Others Innovation ABOUT US Since creating one of the first anti-wrinkle moisturising creams in 1953, Merz has been a driver in innovation in the field of aesthetic medicine.
