To support the delivery of the medical education strategy and operational plan for Merz Aesthetics, this role plays a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing external training, education, and conference events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Support the delivery of the external medical education strategy and plan in collaboration with the Medical Education Manager.
Assist in the implementation of external in-person training, educational, and conference events.
Contribute to the development and execution of internal Merz Aesthetics events.
Act as an events ambassador by developing and maintaining strong relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Medical Affairs, ensuring PMCPA ABPI compliance.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Collaborate closely with the Medical Education Manager.
Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
Maintain relationships with Regional & Global Marketing and Medical Affairs teams.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
Business/Marketing or life science graduate.
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
Proven event organization and onsite management skills; experience with CVENT or similar platforms is beneficial.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Veeva PromoMats for content approval, with a compliance focus.
Understanding of the Aesthetics environment and adaptability to customer needs.
Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
Good financial acumen.
Attention to detail and advanced presentation skills.
Computer literacy, including data management and CRM systems.
Confident, quick thinker, responsive, and solution-oriented.
