Enercon Industries Limited is the global leader in induction cap sealing technology, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients across a wide range of industries. With a strong presence in Europe, we are looking to expand our reach and strengthen our relationships through the recruitment of a dedicated European Sales Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager and based at our Aylesbury headquarters, the European Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing new business with our network of OEMs, Agents, and Distributors in designated countries across Europe. This role includes maintaining existing relationships, supporting partners with training and technical knowledge, and identifying new business opportunities by establishing partnerships in both new and existing country regions.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a background in filling & capping line equipment and experience in a production line environment. An existing networking base from this industry will be an advantage. Ideally the candidate will have the following experience: –
Minimum of three years’ experience in a technical sales role.
A track record of developing business in markets outside of the UK
Experience of managing Agents and Distributors and directly developing OEM business.
Foreign language skills, German ideally and the ability to arrange travel across Europe.
Familiarity with CRM, experience with Workbooks or Salesforce preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills, with a strong commercial acumen.
An understanding of export procedures and legislation.
A supportive team member, able to work effectively with a small group of employees and on their own initiative.

Requirements:
Full time role split between our Aylesbury office and on site with our customer base.
A willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis.
Experience with attending and working on trade shows abroad.
