Randstad is looking for a Laboratory Technician to work with one of the world's largest medical health care companies.

You will be responsible for supporting processes conducted within the R&D sensor laboratories as instructed by Senior Laboratory Technicians or equivalent.

Role: Entry Level Laboratory Technician

Location: Witney

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

Provide support across multiple laboratory areas as required (e.g. in both Sensor Testing and Sensor Prototyping areas). Provide complex and detailed information/feedback to R&D Sensor/Senior Lab Technicians, Laboratory Coordinator and other technical groups within the department. Carry out routine laboratory activities such as setup of equipment, preparation of testing solutions, and daily routine cleaning activities. Perform day to day checks and the organisation of storage areas associated with the R&D Laboratory. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy. Ensure that sensor laboratories are always compliant and audit ready.

Requirements:

Hard working. Happy to work as part of a team. No experience/degree needed
