Technology Advisory Manager / Enterprise Architect

ZS's Technology Advisory Group ensures our future information, technology, and architectural landscape evolves with our business, balancing future-proofing with innovation and streamlining delivery of business capabilities. This role supports the growth and development of our Technology Advisory Practice within ZS Technology Services.

The successful candidate will work closely with practice leadership to evolve our practice, develop assets, build client relationships, generate new business, and provide thought leadership. This role reports to the Executive Director(s) and shares responsibilities with Senior Directors.

What Youll Do

  • Co-lead the growth of the tech advisory and digital architecture practice within ZS
  • Support leadership in thought development, pipeline growth, relationship building, and practice expansion
  • Lead in Technology Consulting, bringing all aspects of tech-enabled transformations to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to understand problems, identify opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Map processes to architecture blueprints and technology capabilities
  • Provide technical expertise with an architectural perspective to solve business challenges
  • Offer a broad view of the enterprise technology landscape
  • Co-author whitepapers and viewpoints with practice leaders
  • Quickly learn new knowledge with deep digital, tech, and business acumen
  • Help evolve practice services with market insights and client needs
  • Represent the practice at firm and executive levels through effective communication
  • Build and manage client relationships, pursue new leads, and create proposals
  • Monitor active leads, inform stakeholders, and manage risks
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide coaching, and foster an inclusive environment
  • Mentor junior consultants within the organization
  • Willingness to travel as needed

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in STEM or a master's in niche technology streams
  • 10-12+ years in Technology and/or Architectural consulting
  • Experience in architecture, software engineering, data, and analytics
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments
  • Understanding of EU work culture and languages
  • Knowledge of EU architectural mandates and tools
  • Hands-on experience managing core projects and teams
  • Solid PMO experience and familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Experience developing enterprise architectures for large transformations
  • Management of large transformation programs with tech enablement
  • Understanding of components like data, AI, analytics, and their role in strategy
  • Knowledge of cloud, on-prem, security infrastructure
  • Ability to connect business processes to technology architecture
  • Ability to articulate architecture principles and frameworks
  • Understanding of RFPs, pricing, and consulting art-of-possible
  • Leadership and mentoring experience in teams
  • Passion for industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of industry regulations in life sciences and healthcare
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel and a self-starting attitude
