Our client, a highly successful and dynamic manufacturing business based in Great Yarmouth, is offering an exciting opportunity for Shift Technicians to join their growing team. The site manufactures and releases a wide variety of medicines and healthcare products to the market.

This is a hands-on role working on a two-shift pattern within a clean manufacturing environment, where the highest quality standards are upheld. You will work as part of the engineering team to ensure production plan adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment set-up/changeovers for filling and packaging lines

*

Responding to line-running issues

*

Equipment disassembly, assembly, and parts cleaning

*

Completing all auditable paperwork accurately

*

Correct storage of machine change parts

*

Supporting adherence to weekly production plans

Key Attributes/Skills:

*

Ability to work safely and in a controlled manner

*

Experience in an FMCG or pharmaceutical environment with packaging/manufacturing equipment

*

Ability to follow instructions accurately

*

Mechanical engineering and packaging equipment experience

*

Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office

*

Strong commitment to providing a high level of service to production teams

*

Self-motivated with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

*

Team-oriented with good communication skills

*

NVQ (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline

*

Electrical and/or mechanical engineering experience
