With a superior product range and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to head up their talented engineering team.

🔹 The Role

As Engineering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire design engineering process and site installations worldwide. Leading a collaborative and innovative team, you’ll ensure product excellence while driving new product development, technical compliance, and commercial success.

You’ll have the chance to shape design-for-manufacture processes, introduce new technologies, and leave your mark on products used by global pharmaceutical giants.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:



Lead and develop the Engineering Team, aligning with business strategy

Oversee product design, installations, testing, and compliance (CE marking, EU/USA standards)

*

Drive innovation in flexible containment systems

*

Collaborate on project specifications and client negotiations

*

Manage knowledge sharing, patents, and design registrations

*

Ensure product safety, quality, and operational excellence

*

Represent the business at customer sites, trade shows, and exhibitions

🔹 About You:

✅ Chartered Engineer status (essential)
✅ BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
✅ Background in pharmaceutical isolator design / manufacturing
✅ Strong leadership & team development skills
✅ Experience in product safety & regulatory compliance
✅ Proactive problem-solver with an innovation mindset
