Job Title:Life Science Strategy Manager

Location:London, UK (Hybrid Working Available)

We are working with a leading life sciences consultancy headquartered in London, partnering with innovative biotech's and major pharmaceutical companies across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. My client's focus is delivering high-impact commercial strategy solutions across the full product lifecycle — from early pipeline strategy to successful product launches and sustained market access.


As aLife Science Strategy Manager, you will lead client engagements and internal teams to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations. You will play a central role in shaping commercial, go-to-market, launch, pricing, and market access strategies for some of the most innovative therapies in development today.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within scope
  • Develop strategic recommendations across pipeline and product strategy, launch planning, commercial assessments, value and access strategy, and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Mentor and manage junior consultants, contributing to internal capability development
  • Support business development activities including proposal writing, pitch presentations, and account growth


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in life sciences consulting, with demonstrable project management experience
  • Strong academic background with a degree in life sciences (advanced degrees such as MSc or PhD a plus)
  • Proven experience delivering commercial strategy projects across the product lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and healthcare systems across the US, EU, and APAC regions
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working directly with biotech and/or pharmaceutical clients
  • Exposure to advanced therapeutics, rare diseases, or oncology is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with payer and access landscapes in key international markets
