What will you be doing?

As a experienced Electrical Engineer this is your opportunity to join a world-class cell & gene therapy organisation, where your expertise will support life-changing medical advancements.

Enjoy a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7 AM - 7 PM)

Earnings Boost with Overtime Premiums:

Weekdays: 9.5 hours at standard rate + 2.5 hours at time & 1/3
Saturdays: 11.5 hours at time & 1/2
Sundays: 11.5 hours at double time!

Requirements:

As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a high-tech biopharmaceutical facility.

You will be responsible for:

Planned & Reactive Maintenance – Conducting electrical maintenance across the site to ensure all equipment and systems run efficiently
Fault Finding & Repairs – Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues to minimise downtime
Compliance & Safety – Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
Working with Critical Systems – Maintaining essential infrastructure such as power distribution, lighting, control panels, motors, and emergency systems
Collaboration – Working alongside mechanical engineers and other technical teams to support the facility’s operationWhat’s in it for you?
