JOB - Electrical Maintenance Engineer
SHIFTS - 4on 4off (Days and Nights - 2d 2n 4off)
SALARY - £47,586
LOCATION - Market Drayton
PENSION - 5% & 3%
HOLIDAYS - 23 including Bank Holidays

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (with some mechanical skills) to join a busy manufacturing plant, in Market Drayton. Ideally Engineers will have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as food, pharmaceutical or FMCG and looking for their next role, to be part of a great team of Engineers all striving to make the site run as efficiently as possible. Your role will be a mixture of reactive and planned preventative maintenance work, continuous improvements, and small projects, looking at route cause analysis and general site efficiencies.

Electrically biased Engineers with be working as part of an established team of Engineers, with various disciplines working on reactive maintenance activities, planned preventative activities and get the chance to be part of small projects to help the site run as efficiently as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
* Carry out repairs to plant and equipment effectively and efficiently, either alone and/or as part of a team.
* To carry out PPM onsite whilst always ensuring that there is a pro-active approach to planned maintenance and a high PPM output.
