Electrical Integration Manager - Sweden

*Candidates must hold either an Irish or EU passport to be eligible for this position.

Package: Excellent salary packages available + benefits (negotiable dependant on experience) + single occupancy, flights & accommodation, $250 a week subsistence allowance.

Working Pattern: 3 weeks on, on the 3rd week fly home on Wednesday, back on site for Monday on the 1st flight.

Currently, the company is involved in the construction of several large-scale data centre projects across seven European nations, representing over 430 MW of active IT load.

The Opportunity:

We are pleased to announce that we are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our team. This position will be based on site in Sandviken, Sweden.

The Integration Manager (IM) will act as the point of contact (POC) and will coordinate and liaise with a number of stakeholders, both external and internal. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and project management skills. The IM will be responsible for identifying and managing the scope and interdependencies between external and internal stakeholders, coordinating these with the physical construction build. The IM will also oversee the handover process and ensure that all required documentation and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and report on the planning and execution of Integration requirements.
Serve as the sole POC for managing and reporting on the planning and execution of scopes and deliverables.
Identify, document, and manage the construction phasing deliverables of systems, including related CSA and MEP deliverables.
Provide bi-weekly progress reports through the Design, Procurement, Execution, and Handover phases.
Produce an Integration Execution Plan.
Chair internal Integration meetings, including meetings with the client.
Manage and ensure compliance with the Telecom Material Procurement Process.
Coordinate with the client on snagging and handover.
Attend weekly design workgroup or workshop meetings, as required, such as but not limited to:
Facilitate, coach, and assist with the scheduling of installation and site onboarding (H&S, Method Statements, etc.).
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction-related onsite project management, preferably within the Data Centre or Pharmaceutical sectors.
Telecommunications design/installation experience is preferred.
