Location: Hull, UK (On-site)

Job Type: Contract / Full-time

Daily Rate: Circa £400 daily


We’re hiring on behalf of a respected international engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food, and industrial.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to take the lead on a major site-based project in Hull. You’ll be at the heart of project execution, overseeing electrical works, managing subcontractors, and ensuring construction activities run efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate electrical installation works on-site
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the wider engineering team
  • Supervise site personnel and daily operations
  • Manage programme milestones and drive productivity
  • Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Electrical trade background (essential)
  • Minimum 7 years of site-based construction management experience
  • Strong delegation and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Background in complex industrial or high-tech environments is an advantage
