A leading M&E Contractor known for delivering high-spec, technically complex projects across the UK and Europe—spanning data centres, life sciences, commercial developments, and education—is looking for a Electrical Construction Manager. This role is to support delivery of a major Commercial project based inKings Cross, set to complete byOctober 2026.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Electrical installation and commissioning across the project, ensuring adherence to all technical, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Take responsibility for the management of all Electrical aspects of the project, from early design through to final handover
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety requirements across the site
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for Electrical issues and ensure effective problem-solving throughout the project
  • Prepare reports and attend regular meetings with senior stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within healthcare, commercial, Pharmaceuticals or large-scale projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and subcontractors
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and ideally First Aid certifications
