Salary: £80,000 to £85,000 per annum
Additional Allowance: Living allowance (for candidates living more than 45 miles from site)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EC&I Construction Manager to lead the electrical and instrumentation construction activities on a major project in Hull.

You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of EC&I scopes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all EC&I construction and installation activities on site
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
Conduct site visits and HSE audits
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor project schedules and budgets
Support procurement and material planning for timely execution
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate EC&I works with other trades and disciplines
Provide leadership and guidance to EC&I teams and subcontractors
Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience in EC&I construction management within industrial or energy sectors
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
