Evolve is supporting a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with the recruitment for their pharmacies across the UK!

They’re in search of a Pharmacist Manager and a Pharmacist to join their branch in Haverfordwest (SA61) on a permanent basis, working a minimum of 36 hours per week over 5 days, but will consider 30 hours per week over 4 days if required, both with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The branch is open Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm) & Sunday (10am to 4pm), so flexibility to work early and late shift patterns is essential. Sundays are not required.

Salary ranges from £44,990 to £61,861 (£24.03 to £33.05 p/h) depending on experience, and our client offers excellent benefits that help make it a great place to work, including 20% annual bonus, GPhC fees covered, store savings and more!

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager
GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Pharmacy management experience is highly desirable for the Pharmacist Manager role.
A team player, passionate about leading and empowering a team.
Approachable and customer-focussed attitude.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager
Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
Play an active role in the charities support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
Assist with leading, training, and developing staff.
Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so you’re always there to meet customers’ needs.
