I am currently seeking an experience Document Controller to join a market leading MEP contractor.The business themselves specialises in commercial office and datacentres projects, they also work in public, retail, health, education, leisure, residential and pharmaceutical sectors.

Please find below some roles and responsibilities:

  • RFI’S/Submittals/Tech Subs/Drawings/Samples

  • Implementing procedures

  • QA checking all documents issued through Acoenx

  • Issuing and distributing documents to various subcontractors and client & architect.

  • Ensuring document workflow and audit trail is accurate

  • Keeping a record of all documents received via reporting

  • Printing drawings for racks and site files.

    EDMS: ACONEX

    This role is based out of their office in Cambridge and my client is looking to pay between £37,000 - £40,000 + Travel Expensed + Healthcare and Pension (double anything you put in up to 8%)
