Job Overview:

As a Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic growth plans and contributing to their long-term success. The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, delivering compelling pitches, and navigating a competitive market landscape to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Acquisition:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech sectors by leveraging leads, contacts, and market insights.
  • Strategic Development:Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and refine the company’s external communications offering.
  • Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech companies, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis:Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Leadership:Confidently negotiate and close deals while managing post-sale communications and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed effectively.
  • Pitch Delivery:Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact business pitches that highlight the company’s expertise and value proposition.
