This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally regarded innovation-driven biopharmaceutical as their Director of Global Pricing Strategy & Innovation. This role will be responsible for shaping and implementing innovative, value-enhancing pricing strategies across their portfolio. This role will focus on embedding new approaches to address payer challenges, safeguard net price, and optimise global market access. This is a role where patient and payer perspectives truly shape strategy, you’ll be leading the work that ensures innovative therapies aren’t just developed, but reach the patients who need them. This is a core ethos that informs every stage of development and commercialisation.


Hybrid Working

This role follows a hybrid model, offering flexibility to work from home alongside periodic office collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion innovation in pricing by designing strategies that not only address current payer challenges but shape the way breakthrough therapies are valued globally.
  • Inspire and guide brand teams to embed creative pricing solutions that balance commercial sustainability with meaningful patient access.
  • Transform concepts into impact by turning bold pricing ideas into market-ready solutions that resonate with payers and healthcare systems.
  • Lead governance for novel pricing schemes, ensuring strategies are robust, compliant, and designed for long-term success.
  • Elevate capabilities across global and affiliate teams through training, tools, and thought leadership, building confidence to engage with payers worldwide.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in global market access and pricing within pharma/biotech or consultancy.
  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative pricing strategies and navigating payer dynamics across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex pricing approaches into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualifications (MSc/MBA) preferred.


Additional Information

  • Permanent, full-time role based in the United Kingdom.
  • Hybrid working model: flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-office collaboration (minimum once per quarter).
  • Candidates must be within commutable distance of the UK office (South Greater London).
