Lead – GTM, Digital Technology Solutions
LOCATION: Manchester, United Kingdom
REPORTS TO: Director – Global Commercial GTM Digital Partner and Data Governance.

Our Digital Technology Solutions organization has followed our digital strategy for the last several years and built a solid base for digital transformation through the deployment of several digital platforms that are adding value to the organization. We are now prepared to move forward and align with Ingredion’s Play to Win (P2W) strategy and organize our Digital Technology Solutions organization to achieve this strategy. To accomplish the next stage of our strategy, we have designed an organization model and structure that will closely align with our global functions and will establish improved governance models to ensure we align functional technology investments with business priorities that enable realized value.
The Lead - Go to Market, Digital Technology Solutions will support the digital infrastructure and systems that facilitate efficient and effective Go to Market and digital marketing operations. The focus of this position will be to support the Digital Partner and contributing to specific aspects of projects or operations while gaining experience.
The position requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities to contribute to strategic projects within the Go to Market and digital marketing functions.
Core Responsibilities:
System Support and Maintenance: Provide support for existing digital technology systems, including troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with updates or upgrades to ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Liaise with the Digital Partner, solution delivery and enterprise architecture teams to propose high-level functional solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and technology infrastructure.
Project Support: Support project teams in the implementation of digital technology enhancements and projects. This may involve tasks such as documentation, coordination among team members, working with partner providers, conducting UAT, scheduling meetings, and tracking project progress. Assist in the development of project estimates and the completion of a comprehensive financial model, detailing costs, savings, revenue opportunities, and the investment horizon to ensure projects deliver maximum value.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and project activities. Assist in developing reports and presentations that communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current systems and processes. Participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions for enhancing operations through digital technology.
Learning and Development: Continuously learn about new technologies, digital marketing trends, and Go to Market best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Assist in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, managers, partner providers, and suppliers. This may include gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication across projects.
Compliance and Security: Support efforts to ensure that digital systems and data handling practices comply with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards. This might involve assisting with audits, risk assessments, and implementing security measures.
Master Data Management: Support the wider MDM and business teams to ensure alignment and compliance to Ingredion’s Master data policies and procedures. Be an advocate and leader for master data best practices with the wider GTM and digital marketing organization.
Qualified candidates will have:
Understanding of Adobe, SFDC, Pardot and other related platforms that support the Go to Market and digital marketing operations.
Familiarity with technologies such as IoT, AI and their application for GTM teams.
Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and understand complex systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and communicate with stakeholders.
Being flexible and adaptable to change is crucial in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and concepts to stay relevant in the field.
Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
Entry-level roles may require little to no formal job experience, but internships or practical experience gained through projects, co-op placements, or related coursework can be highly beneficial.
For this role, proficiency in multiple languages can be an advantage, facilitating communication across multiple regions globally.
Understanding or willingness to learn about different cultures and business practices around the world to effectively work in a global and matrix environment.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, agility, and delivering tangible business results.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is preferred. This provides a foundational understanding of both technology and business operations.
Certifications can complement formal education and may include areas such as IT service management (e.g., ITIL), project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM), data analysis (e.g., Microsoft or Google Data Analytics certifications), or specific technologies.
Experience in a Digital Technology Systems Analyst role, with experience in management and implementation of customer-facing applications and Go to Market initiatives is a plus.
