Job Description

SRG are looking for a Digital Program Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Marlow. Your experience in project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management will be critical in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of Digital Enablement plan, across more than 15 countries worldwide. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, overseeing project team and project reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. As a Digital Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering results and value to our stakeholders in the fast-paced and ever-evolving digital ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan the overall program, oversee multiple project teams and progress to ensure that milestones and deliverables are being met
Ensure program and projects are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
Analyse, evaluate and manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program and take measures to correct them when they occur
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to refine the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
Act as a bridge between business and BTS (IT) stakeholders for new digital capability developments
Updating key stakeholders on project status
Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status
Continuously evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Finding opportunities for improvement of digital capabilities

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Project Management, IT or similar field is required.
5 or more years of experience in managing large scale programs, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, at International / Global level
Experience in B2C or B2B digital marketing or digital businessEssential Skills, Experience, and Competencies

Strong project management experience with large, complex, cross-functional and cross-country projects
Strong influencing and change management skills with attention to detail and focus on quality
Excellent communication, organisational, time management, planning and prioritisation skills
Ability to think strategically, above country, whilst focusing on delivering tangible solutions for countries
Works effectively in a matrix team environment, able to manage multiple projects making difficult prioritization decisions
Ability to develop strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders, working across multiple countries with different levels of the organisation
Ability to solve problems, be solution oriented and to creatively look for alternate, compliant solutions as problems arise
Willingness to challenge 'status quo' and strive for delivering what's right for the business
Results driven, able to work under pressure, even in uncertain, changing environment; uses good judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate timelines and efficiently manages projects and resources
Fluent in English language; written and spoken
Understanding and experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce and Absorb LMS are an advantage, not essential
