Digital Content Creator - Pharmaceuticals

Hybrid

Scope of the role


An integral role for an established pharmaceutical organisation based in W. Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team of digital marketing professionals, develop your core content skills and add value to the digital outreach and engagement goals of the organisation.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Develop high-quality digital content including website, promotional emails, videos for social media and bite-sized webinars, in support of new product launches and campaigns.
  • Plan and manage a schedule of content releases to ensure timely delivery of digital assets for a variety of the pharmaceutical products.
  • Content SEO: implement technical, onsite and offsite strategy to enhance visibility and digital engagement for particular products in the portfolio.
  • Create and manage email campaigns: develop and roll-out using in-house and agency with the goal of reaching healthcare professionals and patients. Using the campaign analytics to drive pull-through.
  • Create and manage webinar content: optimisation of webinar content and crafting of bite-sized videos through the webinar portal.
  • Customer Journey: set up and manage the automation in Salesforce, ensuring the content is optimised for user experience and personalisation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, IT, global CRM and customer service teams to facilitate alignment with business objectives and visions. Engage with stakeholders to take feedback on digital content strategies.
  • Working with and guiding 3rd party technical and agency relationships, managing the lifecycle of a project and ensuring timely milestone and budget achievement.
  • Tracking the performance of campaigns through Salesforce analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation for future campaigns.


Your background:


  • BSc minimum or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Current working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Journey Builder.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in a digital content creation role in commercial industry.
  • Proven background of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Sound awareness of SEO and content optimisation.
  • Accustomed to collaborating with a diverse range of subject matter experts to gain industry insight and craft compelling content.
  • Agile and flexible in your approach, a natural activator with highly developed communication skills.
