Development Scientist

About this role

Industry experience is a must inGas ChromatographyandMass Spectrometry, and is key to our growing business, with previous experience in a scientific development environment, you are the ideal candidate to join our team of motivated and skilled Development Scientists at Broughton.

In this role you will be a key player in ensuring thedevelopment, validationand on-time-delivery ofhigh-quality methodologiesand results our clients need to drive their products to market.

Key tasks and responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Establishvalidation protocols, working closely with Quality teams ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements to producerobust, reliable methodologies and contributing to regulatory submissions.
• Provideexpert guidance on scientific development and validation strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.

You will need to:

• Demonstrate 2+ years’ experience within the field ofGas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry within a regulated environment
• Demonstrate 2+ years’ experience within the field of Analytical Chemistry, demonstrated through publications, projects or industry collaborations
