The lab prides itself on providing an unrivalled level of service to dental professional’s using their expertise.

They are looking for a technical laboratory manager or an experienced Dental technician looking to progress their career as a technical laboratory manager.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced Dental Technician to manage the daily operations of the dental laboratory, including workflow, resource allocation, supervising and providing guidance to a team of dental technicians.

• GDC registered dental technician to oversee the process, including selecting and preparing materials, using specialized equipment, and performing quality control checks.

• Great attention to detail to review and interpret dental prescriptions and specifications to determine the appropriate materials and techniques for fabricating, trouble shooting and resolving any issues or challenges that arise.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to understand their requirements and expectations.

• Must be confident in using IT systems. Full training will be given for the bespoke system used in the lab.
