Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time front-line support to Automation Information Systems (AIS) in accordance with GAMP standards.

• Maintain the automated systems by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for automation systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot control system software and hardware issues.

• Diagnose process issues related to the control systems. Identify solutions to problems.

• Work on automation system changes.

• Boost programming code for manufacturing equipment.

• Working closely together with the other Automation Engineers to ensure deliverables are ready in time for the different milestones throughout the New Product Introduction projects.

• Working closely together with the other Automation Engineers to ensure the defined standards are followed consistently in the project and the library modules are used as intended.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Instrumentation or equivalent.

• 4 years + DeltaV experience, with previous site within the life sciences industries

• Experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on DeltaV DCS.

• S88 batch process control within the (Bio)Pharma sector.

• Lead teams of Engineers and manage the Project Resources Scheduling Task assignments Client interaction co-ordination amongst different vendors co-ordination between front office team and remote engineering office teams.

• Batch Process upgrading on DeltaV platform for Pharmaceutical clients.- Interact with customer for Reviewing Design Specifications and Test Specifications.

• Working knowledge of other control system platforms desirable e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Unicorn etc.

• Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA an advantage.

• Knowledge and familiarity with regulated industry standards, including exposure to cGMP, GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. and Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project.

• Willing to work shift and in a team environment.
