Your Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced an experience Delivery Lead to lead skilled project teams comprised of teams of Analysts and Developers to deliver AI, Automation and Low Code solutions to clients.


This extends across the full project lifecycle, from initial Discovery to Design and Delivery.


This role is pivotal to the growth strategy of the business and is the ‘face of the Robiquity’ to our clients and will involve the following:


  • Owning the delivery of critical projects / programmes including project management responsibility
  • Leading Robiquity teams using Agile delivery frameworks and methodologies
  • Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment of delivery and escalation management
  • Forming part of the core project management team consisting of Delivery Lead, Client Partner and Technical Lead to define the project / account strategy
  • Commercial management including (but not limited to) defining scope of work, writing statements of work and contracts, managing the plan and financial management of the account
  • Building a positive project environment to work in by championing the Robiquity culture and ethos whilst applying your own personal style to people management
  • Resolving issues and challenges with the client and Robiquity teams
  • Managing, coaching and supporting team members to deliver high quality technical and non-technical outcomes
  • Supporting the Client Partner to identify opportunities to extend the scope of the work and build longevity of the account, securing future revenue
  • Supporting the wider business to develop new client propositions and market facing content

  • 5 Years + experience of managing agile delivery engagements within a consultancy environment
  • Proven team management experience to drive a “One Team” mentality across the engagement
  • Capability to manage project RAID items and engage with senior client stakeholders on escalations
  • Effective communication and the ability to present project updates in an efficient manner
  • Solid commercial understanding in relation to the structure of service statement of works (SOWs) and the ability to draft SOWs and change requests
  • Ability to run requirement gathering workshops and generate future scope
  • Change / Scope management experience to ensure the services defined within the agreed SOW are delivered on-time to budget
  • Ability to successfully create and lead sales pitches for additional Robiquity services which have been identified by project teams


We’re looking for someone who can lead teams and clients to success. Previous consulting experience and leading development teams is essential to succeed in this role (5+ years of experience).
