As the business enters an exciting phase of growth, with a robust pipeline of strategic initiatives and acquisition opportunities, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the financial aspects of transactions and broader strategic finance initiatives.


In this high-impact role, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead end-to-end financial due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions
  • Provide negotiation support, with a focus on critical financial terms and risk mitigation
  • Drive key strategic finance initiatives, supporting executive decision-making and long-term value creation
