A market-leading professional services firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Director to join its flagship Healthcare & Life Sciences Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) team. This high-growth practice is a key part of the firm’s wider Deal Strategy offering and is known for delivering high-quality, insight-driven advice to clients across the transaction lifecycle.


Role Overview

As an Associate Director, you will play a central role in leading project delivery, supporting business development, contributing to thought leadership, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will work closely with a diverse client base including private equity and corporate investors, providing strategic commercial insights across subsectors such as healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medtech, and healthtech.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee client engagements and workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including contributing to proposals and pitches
  • Support and produce sector-specific thought leadership content
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and drive innovation in project delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior team members; support recruitment and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with wider deal advisory teams (M&A, TS, and VCS) on cross-functional projects
  • Uphold risk and compliance standards and promote ethical working practices


Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in delivering CDD and growth strategy engagements, ideally within a professional services or consultancy setting
  • Deep understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences market and transaction environment
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
