We’re looking for aData Scientistwith strong experience inmachine learning and AIto help drive data-led decision-making and uncover novel biological insights. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection ofcomputational science, biology, and chemistry, contributing to projects that have a direct impact on patients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimisemachine learning modelsto accelerate drug target identification, compound screening, and biomarker discovery
  • Integrate and analysemulti-omics, chemical, and clinical datasets to support hypothesis generation and validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformaticians, biologists, chemists, and software engineers
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends in drug discovery and bring innovative techniques into the team


Experience:

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computational Biology, or related field
  • Strong track record applyingAI/ML methods(e.g., deep learning, ensemble models, NLP) to biological or chemical datasets
  • Proficient inPythonand machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience with drug discovery pipelines, molecular data, or high-dimensional biological datasets (e.g., omics, imaging, screening)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment


Desirable:

  • Experience withgenerative models (e.g., for molecule generation)
  • Familiarity withcheminformaticsandstructural biologytools
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and workflow automation
