This is your chance to be at the forefront of the newly formed Combined Authority for York and North Yorkshire to develop the skills of our residents through the Adult Skills Fund. Youll be part of a small team with a pivotal role in preparing the Combined Authority to take responsibility of the Adult Skills Fund from August 2025. Youll be closely working with colleagues both internally and externally to support with developing data management systems to ensure the Combined Authority has the systems and processes in place to collect, analyse and manage data in relation to the Adult Skills Fund.


Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

In this role, youll work towards your Data Analyst Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.


Salary, Hours:

  • £24,027-£25,183 per annum
  • Working Monday-Friday. 09:00-17:00
  • Work flexible system

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to exercise initiative
  • Good organisational skills
  • A Grade 4/C in Maths and English at GCSE is required for this role.
