Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Critical Raw Materials (CRM) Manufacturing Manager and you will lead a diverse and talented department specialising in Allergy, Biochemistry and Chemistry processes that are part of the immunoassay manufacture.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide the leadership required to drive CRM operations and develop the department productivity to meet future needs.
Maximise staff contribution and develop individuals to their full potential by providing effective coaching/mentoring and appraisal. 
Uphold the highest standards of GMP and safety ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards applicable Health and Safety legislation.
Ensure the department meets agreed targets for product quality, product availability, output, timeliness and cost.
Create budgets and forecasts to the dates required and control costs within agreed limits.
Drive and lead continuous improvement activities for the benefit of the wider organisation.

Your Skills & Experience:

Educated to Masters Degree level or above in relevant disciplines (Chemistry/ Biochemistry).
Formal Leadership & Management training desirable.
Experience of Manufacturing Management in a GMP environment.
Experience of People Management and Development
Experience of Regulated Industry and Quality compliance
