CREATIVE RECRUITMENT MANAGER

£45–50k + 20% comm from £0 | Hybrid 2 days Central London | 15% pension | 39 days holiday

This is a standalone recruitment consultancy backed by one of the UK’s biggest creative institutions, placing brilliant grads into freelance and contract roles across design, fashion, marketing, gaming and more.

It runs as a separate business with a social mission. Part of every fee goes back into the creative community, so every placement has impact. There’s a clear brand, a huge candidate pool, and a trusted name that opens doors.

Now they need someone to grow it.

The Role

You’ll be placing recent graduates and alumni from creative courses into freelance, contract, and occasional perm roles.

Think:

  • Designers
  • Content and marketing specialists
  • Fashion creatives

There’s already incoming business and a large database of talent, plus a dedicated resourcer to support you, but they need someone who’s excited to build a desk and grow client relationships from the front.

You’ll Be:

  • Building and owning client relationships
  • Attending meetings, networking, and BD activity
  • Pitching to employers who already know and respect the brand
  • Collaborating with the internal delivery team
  • Creating and delivering a 30–60-day business plan

You’ll Need:

  • Strong BD skills and should be confident meeting clients and winning work
  • Familiarity with sourcing via LinkedIn and ATS
  • A genuine interest in the creative industries

The Setup

  • Central London 2 days a week
  • Hours: 9-5.30pm
  • Supportive 3-4 person team
  • Three-month onboarding period, then full autonomy
