A new opportunity has arisen for a corporate specialist to join a dynamic team based in Leeds. You will manage your own caseload and assist lead partners on major transactions, requiring at least 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience.

The role involves handling a range of corporate transactions, including:

  • Management buy-outs and buy-ins
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Shareholder changes and redistributions
  • Share sales and purchases
  • Acquisition and disposal of assets
  • General company advice, incorporations

Clients operate across industries such as PE & Investment, Retail, Leisure, Logistics, Manufacturing, R&D, Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Entertainment, and Sports.
