Corporate Associate (1–4 PQE) – Life Sciences-Focused Practice | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1–4 PQE Corporate Associate to join a highly regarded international team in London, known for delivering high-impact work with a strong cross-border focus.

The team advises across a broad range of corporate matters includingprivate M&A,venture capital,joint ventures, andequity/debt capital markets, with a standout specialism in the life sciences sector. Clients span from major global pharmaceutical companies to high-growth biotech and tech businesses.

This role offers the chance to step into a close-knit team environment where associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset, working directly with partners and senior lawyers on high-value, cross-border transactions. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating - ranging from M&A deals to complex licensing, collaborations and commercial agreements in the life sciences space.

Key Requirements:

• UK-qualified lawyer with 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong academic background
• Solid grounding in corporate law, ideally with exposure to private M&A
• A genuine interest in the life sciences and healthcare sectors
• Experience at a leading international or US law firm preferred
