????We’re hiring: Test Technician – Medical & Drug Delivery Devices (6-month contract)
An innovative and well-regarded medical technology consultancy is looking for aTest Technicianto join their Device Testing group. This is a full-time,on-site,lab-basedrole for an initial 6-month period — ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to work on a wide variety of cutting-edge medical and drug delivery devices.
???? You’ll work closely with internal project teams to support testing activities throughout the development lifecycle — from early R&D through to formal verification and post-market studies.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Perform mechanical, functional, and environmental testing
???? Assist in the delivery of testing milestones across multiple projects
???? Handle chemicals and pharmaceutical formulations safely
???? Generate and record test data to a consistently high standard
???? Follow established SOPs, protocols, and quality procedures
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous lab testing experience
✔ Solid understanding of Health & Safety in a technical environment
✔ Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
✔ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
➕ Experience in regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485, cGxP)
➕ Familiarity with physical, mechanical, or biological testing
➕ Basic Excel knowledge and documentation skills
➕ Prior experience in medical devices or consulting
