The Role In this role, you will overseeall clinical data management tasks, ensuring adherence to timelinesand quality standards. You will liaise between vendors, clinicalteams, and other functional team members, maintaining seamlesscommunication and collaboration. Your primary responsibility willbe to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatoryrequirements, managing data entry, validation, and cleaningprocesses using Medidata Rave. Additionally, you will support thedevelopment and review of case report forms, study databasestructures, and data management plans, performing quality checksand edit checks to maintain data accuracy. Your hands-on supportand troubleshooting for data-related issues will be crucial to thesuccess of our clinical trials. Skills and experience required Theideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences,Biotechnology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years ofexperience in clinical data management, preferably in a biotech orpharmaceutical setting. Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave andother clinical data management systems is essential. A strongunderstanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trialregulations is required, along with a proven track record ofmanaging data for clinical trials, including vendor oversight.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, the ability to workindependently and as part of a cross-functional team in afast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail andproblem-solving abilities are also key requirements.
