Look at ways to get the best out of the assets (machinery)
Reduce downtime
Set up new PPM's if required
Look at innovate ways to improve OEE

Be able to a take lead on decision making and problem solving for the improvement and reliability of machinery Requirements for Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer
A formal engineering electrical or mechanical qualification to at least City & Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
Good working knowledge of automated systems/ production machinery
From a manufacturing background with some experience on continuous improvement, getting to the root cause and making improvements to machinery and downtime.
Good at report writing and computer literate
Mechanical or Electrical hands on proven experience in factory engineering environment
Must have UK full working rights.
