We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and confident graduates to join our content and event management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps on the career ladder with a global company that offers extensive career opportunities, travel and world class training. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators to develop the intellectual content for commercial programmes across digital and physical platforms, as well as project managing these programmes from start through to completion. Out of our London office, we produce events within a variety of industries including Financial Services, Life Sciences and Energy across Europe or North America.


This is an in-person role located in ourLondonoffice.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project manage a portfolio of commercial conferences, webinars and training courses.
  • Conduct primary research with leading industry practitioners primarily via phone research which you would independently conduct.
  • Source top speakers for the programmes and conduct phone pitches with these people to confirm them on the line-up and work closely with these senior practitioners in the lead up to the conference.
  • Work with the marketing, sponsorship, sales and operations teams to drive the success of each event.
  • Take ownership of on-site event management and be responsible for running the conferences in locations across Europe or North America.

  • Ability to learn quickly from our business leaders.
  • A 2.1 and above academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
  • Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage.

  • Remuneration: £26-28k, plus a generous commission structure.
