We are seeking a chemistry expert to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This position can be full-time or part-time and is REMOTE. You can select projects based on your interest and work on your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

1. 
   
2. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
   
3. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.
   

Qualifications:

1. 
   
2. Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
   
3. Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
   
4. Attention to detail.
   
5. Proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
