Location: North West based, ideally around the Wirral area
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction project team.
As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across several sites in the North West (primarily in the Wirral area).
This role involves supervising teams of sub-contractors and ensuring our high standards of health and safety are maintained as well as generating and leading communications into our clients on a daily basis.
Projects may include civil work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects.
Success in this role requires an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for travel within the North West, excellent communication skills and a positive work attitude.

As our Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing all day-to-day activities on the construction site.
  • Ensuring that workers and subcontractors follow project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Conducting safety briefings, audits and inspections regularly to ensure the site is hazard-free.
  • Handling onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols
  • Liaising between various site teams, contractors, and the project management team
  • Monitoring work quality and ensuring it aligns with the project specifications and standards
  • Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly to minimize project delays
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, incidents, inspections, and workforce attendance
  • Management of progress and schedule updates into the clients, as per the project communication plan
  • Change/variations management to ensure all additional scope requests are tracked
  • Supporting cost estimation and quote creation with divisional lead
    In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • Extensive experience in construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to a given deadline
  • Strong individual with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members
  • Knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferable)
  • CSCS / SMSTS /SSSTS qualification required
